I never set out to start a cosmetics company. I set out to fix a problem I could not ignore.

Years ago, standing in my kitchen in Delhi, I read the label on a 'natural' skincare product I had just bought — and found parabens, SLS, and synthetic fragrance hiding behind the word organic. If something that simple could mislead me, what was in everything else on my shelf?

So I began making my own. Soap first, because it is what we all touch every single day — then scrubs, and the everyday essentials that follow, because clean, honest care should not stop at one product. Every Nivam formula begins the same way: real botanicals rooted in Indian tradition, gentle on your skin, and nothing I could not explain to my own family.

Today, Nivam Organics is a small-batch herbal skincare studio in Delhi. Every product is still handcrafted and made to order — we never mass-produce, and nothing sits on a warehouse shelf slowly losing its potency. When you place an order, we make it fresh. That is slower, it is harder, and it is exactly the point.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Because everything is handmade to order, we craft your products fresh after you place your order. This takes 5–7 business days before dispatch. It's a little longer than mass-produced brands — but you receive something made specifically for you, at full freshness.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Because our products are free from synthetic preservatives, we recommend using them within 6 months of delivery for best results. Store them in a cool, dry place, and keep bars on a well-drained dish between uses to help them last longer.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–3 days in metro cities and 3–5 days elsewhere. Complimentary delivery on all orders above ₹499.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India. Prefer to prepay? Enjoy an extra 5% off on all prepaid orders.
